[Ticket Question] Is the 3011 suitable for all Videx Systems?

Hello.

I am enquiring about the Videx 3011 handset. I am wondering if this handset is suitable for all Videx door entry systems? I am an NHS Occupational Therapist working in North London and have a patient who needs an extension of her current system as she is unable to reach the handset already in her flat. I need to order another phone and need to ensure this one will work with the system in situ before ordering it.
