Kaleem Posted August 11, 2021 Share Posted August 11, 2021 Hi I was advised that the old round type key fob was discontinued and that the new rectangular key fob (KF-235 pg2) was a replacement. I’ve tried to enroll the key fob but it doesn’t connect. The instructions say that I have to enter the code from the key fob but the old panels don’t have that option. Can you please advise who it was you spoke with, failing that as our telephone calls are recorded please advise the day or number you called from so we are able to look into this further? (Please send this to sales@securitywarehouse.co.uk) We will then be able to help with getting the item back to ourselves if we have indeed advised incorrectly.
