Hello!

 

I have recently purchased the above alarm panel kit from you as part of an intruder alarm system, which i put together using your website and purchased on the 3rd March 2010.

I have received a user manual however I also require the engineers/installation manual. As the payment has cleared am I able to download this manual from your website and if so can you advise me how?

I am keen to install the system as soon as possible so if you could get back to me as soon as you can it would be much appreciated.
