There is no telephone socket near by so want to link to WiFi network and get notifications via mobile app.
What system is there available.

Avoid WiFi.  Single path WiFi is not reliable enough for alarm reporting.  If you add to this the issue that many push notification alarms don't have path checking, then you have no idea that there's an issue until the system fails to report.

bear in mind that if using wifi and you loose power you will probably loose your WiFi and internet connection unless supported by a UPS
