However, I cannot enter any 'user code' because buttons 1,2 and 3, (also A), do not respond when pressed. I would appreciate your help please. Regards, Chris Wills. Secware_Tech6 Posted February 22, 2010 Share Posted February 22, 2010 Are the other keys working correctly? If so id assume its a keypad problem. Assuming the warranty has expired id open it up and check the carbon pads etc from the back of the keypad. It might only need a clean. Where was it stored? somewhere damp?
