[Ticket Question] scantronic 500r+ panel problem

Hi

This is my 4th 500r panel ive installed that ive bought from you.

I have problems with the new panel ive just installed, the 524r and 536r works intimately ive tried the devices on my own panel and they work fine.

Is there a problem with the 500r+ alarm panel?

when you say intermittantly is it possible a range or interference issue?
