[Ticket Question] Honeywell Pir

Hi,
the last 2 kits I have ordered, ive got a problem with a white door contact, stuck on reed switch. and a Honeywell PIR that keeps flashing and not picking up and detection
please can you advise

Is the reed failing a meter test?

If the pir is flashing all the time, and the power is ok it needs to be returned
