I have recently purchased a Secware Eco 2 Mega Pixel AHD Bullet Camera with IR from yourself and I'm having trouble getting it to work on my existing system. This camera is a replay any camera as the Ir has failed. I now suspect the camera may not be compatible with my current recorder could you please advise if I'm correct. The recorder is a Hikvision ds-7204hvi-sh
