i have bought Jablatron Freewave 4 Button wireless keyfob - white (RC-86-W) to replace old ones however when I try to programme them they are not working ?

can you give any help on this matter?

Have you got the right frequency?

what do you mean Have you got the right frequency how would I know this ??

I bought same model as I had before ?

Have you deleted the old ones I could use a bit more detail on what you have done so far to programme them

I have followed the data sheet

1. Press and hold . The keyfob flashes
once and after a while starts to light
continuously.
2. Keep pressed while pressing xtimes
according to the table below.
3. Then release to end configuration
mode.
4. As confirmation, the LED flashes the
same number of times as you pressed
the button.
The default mode is 5: No lock - unlock
possible, no one-button PANIC possible,
both pairs are 868MHz
Battery replacement
