I have just purchased a Honeywell IS3016 security alarm sensor which does not appear to work with my existing alarm system showing as a fault on the control panel. It would be very unusual for the sensor to be faulty and assume there is a compatibility issue. the only item I can think of is the EOL setting which I have not encountered before and not aware of selectivity.
I previously purchased from you the Honeywell Active8 DT which worked fine first time.
My alarm system is an Accenta 8
Can you advise me what the problem may be or EOL settings.
