Secware
I have just purchased a Honeywell IS3016 security alarm sensor which does not appear to work with my existing alarm system showing as a fault on the control panel. It would be very unusual for the sensor to be faulty and assume there is a compatibility issue. the only item I can think of is the EOL setting which I have not encountered before and not aware of selectivity.I previously purchased from you the Honeywell Active8 DT which worked fine first time.My alarm system is an Accenta 8Can you advise me what the problem may be or EOL settings. Secware_Tech6
You don't need eol on an accenta as that's a double pole panel
