I have purchased a CQR 3/8 Flush Contact 1 RD 4 Wire White, but it does not work on my door. Most probably, it's because the gap est too large and the metal door interfere with the contact detection. I am looking buying a new flush contact. Which one do you recommand? You have so many.
The installation environnement is: metalic door, large gap (difficult to measure, probably at least 10mm), if possible a contact with direct wiring.

Direct wiring do you mean built in eol?

I wouldn't recommend any flush contact at that gap on a steel door. The magnets cant be big enough
