Secware Posted September 14, 2015 Share Posted September 14, 2015 Good afternoon, I purchased a Veritas system with lcd keypad. The issue I have is that the keypad is showing a tamper fault and the tamper switch does not seem to be working. 6981marlin Posted September 14, 2015 Share Posted September 14, 2015 Yes the keypad tamper, it has a texecom 3x showing no fault, panel has a operation tamper switch, everything on the panel has been taken of and only 1 sensor being used. the only tamper not working is the one on the keypad.
