I have never actually used it but now looking to start using it.The engineer at the time left me an engineers code which i cannot find nor can I remember the code I used.Is there anyway I can now get the alarm working? Your advice would be greatly appreciated or any contact at Scantronic.Many thanksps a contacted another firm told me I would have to buy a new panel through him which I find hard to believe.
