just installed above pir in a conservatory and there are cats it activated 3 times with and without cats is there any settings I should set for a small conservatory?

Have you adjusted the range down, set for harsh on Pir and mic?

What pet mode is it in? And can the cats get within 6 Ft of the detector?

my last ticket has been closed as I sent another query and not had a reply the setting is set to hazard and turned down I have pet set to 30 kgs twice the cats not in the conservatory
the red and yellow lights have to be on is this correct

The red led is the activation (ie relay) indicator and the yellow is the microwave. All indicators should be off when there is no movement
