Hi there, i bought one of these pirs in my last order. I fit it and was sure it was working but i tested it the other day and it doesnt seem to be working correctly. It does not trigger the alarm, seems that it is permanently closed. Is there something i need to do, ie change the factory settings on the sensor or does it need returning?

Could you upload a picture of the wiring, the dip switch/jumpers and what panel you are using please

It looks like you have wired it double pole but configured your detector for eol use. Change the jumpers for non eol use and you should be ok
