[Ticket Question] Enforcer Battery Fault

Enforcer wireless alarm about a year ago which i purchase for you. this has been work fine. until just recently it came up with a battery fault.
I have changed all the batteries in the sensors, and done a battery check and signal strength test, and they have shown as ok. the alarm has been working for a week since this, and now has displayed an error again of, unable to set 01 wireless low battery. I have done the battery and signal test again, and has come back as ok.

I suspect that this may be a battery in a fob that is causing the problem although to make sure you would need to check the log.

Going into and out of engineer mode should reset the fault but if the fob battery is still low it will re-appear if you operate the fob again.

If this is not the issue I would advise that you ring Pyronix Technical Support from site and they may be able to assist further.
