[Ticket Question]Honeywell Easy Set Stops Functioning

I've got the issue with ADE Honeywell Easy Set bought from you about 2 years ago. It requires resetting(cutting the power off) at least twice a year. Is it a known issue with these?
Basically the keyfobs stop functioning and reset always helps when it happen.

Honeywell have confirmed this as an issue with manufacturer, if manufactured prior to 45th week in 2013.  The reader would need resetting between 1 and 3 times in 12 months.  Honeywell do offer a two year guarantee, so we can replace with a current model.
