That is an advanced function. There are many panels that can but non are low end. Can you expand on what you need from the pc connectivity?

That is a basic logging function. Any of the higher end panels will do this. IF you dont currently have the software id look at the texecom premier range. Their software is called wintex and can be used to connect via a compatible modem. You can the download your events and print etc
