how do i clear an error - it states z03 alarmed - living room and says 'alarm in memory'.

i also have a s01 tamper/open error [its the back pin i think - box is fixed back to pebble dash wall and the pins clearly not pushed in.] - not sure if it can be adjusted - instructions arent that clear...

if i sort out the external box, will this then clear the issue/problem i have with the living room and allow me to set the alarm??

yes i would suggest it is due to the pebble dash. There is an adjustment screw on the rear of the unit for the rear tamper. You will need to adjust this until the button is pressed fully in when fitted to the wall.

Easist way to remove the 'alarm in memory' is just to set the system (ie leave the property and arm in the normal way) then unset. Any previous alarms will then be reset.

I am also not able to clear an error that states that a zone is alarmed.

What exactly do you mean be setting and unsetting the system?

Don't know what you mean with leaving property and arm in the normal way.

Thanks in advance, Elund

Hi Elund

Set the system, leave by the normal exit route, shut the door and allow the system to set,( = arm in the normal way)  open door, re enter  and unset the alarm = setting and unsetting the system

Hope this answers the query

Hi Anne

Thanks for the prompt reply :-)

I am not able to set (arm) the system because of the alarm in memory.

So I guess I have reset my PowerMax Pro to the factory default parameters?

Best regards, Elund

Sorry I had overlook an alarm - probably caused by a defect  MCT-303 Shock Sensor.

I have now deleted the MCT-303 from the zone.

Now I am able to set and unset the system and the other alarms have been deleted :-)

Thanks for you time, Elund
