[Ticket Question] Help with a GJD system bought from Security Warehouse

Hi I bought a system from you last month and have now installed it. I bought a GJD digizone controller, 4 way expansion unit and Mini Opal pir's.

The system often works well but every now and then a red led flashes inside the pir's and the system dies. It sometimes dies for minutes or hours then seems to reset and come back on.

Do you have any idea what causes this?
