  1. I am working on a project with one of our clients. We are installing Gallagher system for them - https://security.gallagher.com/. One of their requirements is to have wireless sensors on windows connected to the Gallagher system. I was told i could use this Wireless Receiver. But do you know which sensor i could use? For example we have Ajax sensors on hand. Do you have any experience with this type of setup? look forward hearing from you.

  2.

Unfortunately we cannot confirm this, as it has not been tested by us.

There are many telephone adapters and routers themselves, that can simulate PSTN lines, however , there is no guarantee our PSTN

products, including the SD1+, will function correctly, as they were never designed to work on this type of arrangement/digital line.

    You should also be aware that the SD1+ is  obsolete and have been replaced by the SD-LTE;

  3. We are looking for a fully wireless, self install inturder system for our Gardeners Yard, we would need a few internal motion detectors and door contacts and some external gate contacts, we also would want some external sirens. We do have some power in the building for the base, but no internet and very little 4G signal., Is this something you can advise on?

  4. Good morning I wondered if you could help, we have fitted a ali door to a business which has a Chubb alarm system, and the Chubb engineer has said the below. "The lock or keep needs to have an integral micro switch contact on it to provide electrical connections. Giving common, normally open and normally closed options for the connection onto the alarm" I could really use some help with this from someone who knows, I do have pictures of the door if i can send them across to you. Wondered if you had i stock or could get what i need, Thank you

  5. The COM-ADPT-02 adapter board can be used to facilitate a COM-DATA-WIFI module on to older i-on30R and i-on40H panels, HOWEVER, the panels need a software version of at least V7.02.02 in order for the Wi-Fi module to be programmed.

  6. The current SD-LTE speech dialler maybe suitable .

Eaton Universal 4G speech dialler [SD-LTE] - £240.00 : | Best Price Promise | Security Warehouse Professional products

This is supplied / bundled in carton with a wired internal antenna (COM-ANT-01)

There is the optional COM-ANT-02 suitable for installation externally to the buildings that can be ordered separately if required.

The SD-LTE will require a micro SIM card that is enabled for Voice services provided by the installer or their customer., this uses the 3G / 4G network

Installer or their customer can source their micro SIM from many suppliers and network operators

If this is being fitted by a professional installer / electrician they may email into technical support for guides – although the SD-LTE has a basic manual included in the box.

if you require further assistance, please do not hesitate to contact us.

  7. I have EATON SECURITY building alarm system …with Eaton Speech Dialer model TSD2-UK …however the telephone lines are now been replaced by digital phone via internet hub…so this will no longer operate. Could you please advise new EATON Speech Dialer using SIM card or other as a replacement…may need external aerial to increase range/ signal. Do you supply necessary SIM card ? If not who would your company recommend. Many thanks your support and advice is very welcome.

  8. I have a question regarding the DUO-LINK II. What voltage supply should I be reading at the DC LINK OUT port on the viewer unit? I have got 48v DC IN present at the IN terminals on the Viewer.

  9. Hi, we have constructer a community hall with aluminium windows and doors. Do you have a door and window sensor which can be wired into the building security alarm or wireless which can be concealed in the frame? The Client does not like surface mounted door alarm sensors.

  10. Hi I am a residential customer, looking for a CCTV system, American dynamics I am aware of. I have a commercial background so do not want something that is ‘toys are us’. Initially I want two external cameras, 360 degrees, night & day, zoom as discrete as possible. They need to be hard wired to the recorder, which can then be accessed by wi fi but not wi fi cameras if you catch my drift. Also is the facility available for sound recording? I.e if someone is standing outside a property shouting is it possible to capture real time video and sound recordings that could be used in legal proceedings ? In addition to this I will be wanting an alarm I have used Banham in the past, but not that impressed, again hard wired. Please could you let me know your thoughts ?

  11. Hi, We are a school with a primary, secondary & sixth form buildings, each with their own intruder alarm panel and we are looking for a fob which can be programmed to all 3 panels. I believe our panels are Honeywell Galaxy. Do you sell an alarm fob which can be programmed to multiple panels? I look forward to hearing from you.
