Hello. My BPT A/200N (number 61404810) has one internal phone wired to the intercom located next to the gate to our property (single dwelling). I want to add one additional internal phone in another room of the dwelling (three phones are possible). BUT: I cannot run wires for this new phone back to the BPT A/200N powwer supply unit. Please advise me what I should purchase from you to do to this by wireless. Many thanks, Glenn

I am looking for a simple intruder alarm system for a large house. Not really interested in remote access and monitoring or systems requiring computers to load up and configure. Need 4 x RKP and 19 x PIRs. No PAs or door contacts, though will want to use PA functions on all the RKPs. I really like the simplicity of setting up and using the Accenta control panel, but am I right in thinking that 8 zones are the maximum available for PIRs? I could easily group together 2 or 3 PIRs on some of the zones but that can make fault finding more tedious. Would appreciate you confirming number of zones available to PIRs on Accenta Gen4, also any suggestions for another product.

have an IP camera that I would like to alarm via a PIR. The Camera has I/O contacts & the input contacts create an alarm when shorted - the contacts are rated at 1amp @ 28v. Please suggest a PIR which will work - normally open contacts I assume & preferably battery powered.

I have a Eurosec CP8L LCD. This has been very reliable. However I have had a new front door fitted which meant using a new surface mounted reed sensor for my entry/Exit contact wired in series with my back door sensor. I want to check my zone settings. I want to reset my entry time to 30secs, unfortunately I am unable to programme the zones, the display just keeps going back to "do you want to Program Chime" and will not allow me to proceed further to Program Zones. Have you any idea how I can get to the program zones. I have done a factory reset, ie:- disconnected the power, etc but to no avail. Have I pressed something I shouldn't have? I have had this unit for a few years now and it has served me well, so I would appreciate any help to get is sorted.

i have been looking on your website at the videx access systems and am struggling in working out what i can buy to add to my system to make the system work better for us. I currently have an 800 one button/ amp module in a surface mounted frame, this is connected to two phones on different floors in the building which allows us to unlock the door. There is also a seperate keypad that allows coded access. We are dividing up our workplace and are looking to make the system 4 way / buttons - so customers can buzz the appropiate room for access.and also add another phone extension to the current set up. Looking at your website my initial thoughts are that i will need a 4 button module along with a amp module and 2 module surface mounted box along with 4 extra phones, but i am not sure exactly how it all works and whether this is correct. So am hoping you can answer my questions so i can get the right modules ordered ready for installation when i get my electrics sorted. - Is the configuration above correct - Is there different transformers / connectors i will need or will the one i have for single button work - Can a couple of phones be connected to two buttons - How many phones can be connected to one button I have photos of my current set up if that is any use. I am hoping to get ordered as soon as possible so would appreciate the advice to make sure i get it right
