  1. Hi Ravis

We do not at the moment offer a next day delivery service, we state that most orders leave us within 72 hours. Sometimes it can take us longer depending on volume of orders, staff availability etc.,

As your order is still being gathered from our other stores, before being ready here for despatch, regretfully it will not be with you tomorrow, as you are proabably aware Saturday delivery is an extra cost option.

We usually use the on line ticket system for queries and returns etc., it is often a quicker response to questions, as we do not monitor the forum as often as the tickets

Let us know if you do not want the order to be processed and we can refund your payment

  2. Hello can anyone help,on entering the building after the alarm has been

What do you have on zone 1 the entry/exit zone?

  3. We apologise that today for approximately 3 hours part of our web site crashed, and we were unable to accept payments, this was due to heavy demand and our IT team have now rectified the situation, and we are back and taking orders. We are very sorry for the inconvenience caused but are glad that so many of you are on our web site

  4. We have a optima xL4 MICROPROCESSOR alarm system. This keeps going off at various times during the day. We enter the code and reset only for it to go off again. none of the sensors are lit up (they used to have a red light on them) Please can you help as we are been woken at ridculous times in the night and have 2 young children !

Is the alarm set when it activates, if not it will be a tamper problem.

  5. We would like to apologise that the web site was down for almost 24hours over the week end, due to essential work on our server. We hope that there was not too much inconvenience caused, and normal service has now been resumed

  6. Currently (June 2011) we are setting forum membership to be approved before new members can post. Regretfully we have had to initiate this due to the heavy amount of spammers that have been registering on the site. Spammers are now being rejected as members. We do hope that this does not cause genuine members too much inconvenience

  7. The Honeywell tags work with Honeywell equipment, but will need programming in, to use the plastic tags you will need a tag reader either as an addition or built into your keypad.

As you have mentioned radio fobs, I am unsure you will have a reader in your system, please check to ensure you do before thinking of using these tags

  8. There is all you need in the Voltek range, they have built in photocells and lux adjustment, so pick a PIR, or a double head, with a built in controller or separate, and then an 1805 or 1809 to give the buzzer and with the 1809 more hands on control of your lighting as well
