THE "HKC 2 WAY WIRELESS QUANTUM KIT" BUT THE CLIENT WANTS TO USE 2 ENTRY EXIT DOORS . SO I WANTED TO KNOW IF YOU CAN TWIN A PIR WITH A DOOR CONTACT AND PUT THEM BOTH ON THE ENTRY EXIT ZONE . SO THEY CAN SET THE ALARM SIMPLY BY PRESSING SET ON THE OPTIONAL KEY FOBS YOU SELL , INSTEAD OF OMITTING ZONES AND STUFF WHEN SETTING THE ALARM ON THE KEY PAD

i have a eco1000b base connected 13v to 4 on base 0v to 1 on base and switch to c and n/c I did look on forum but switch means nothing to me I connected +ve and -ve to base but connect from where? on control panel to C and N/c on base

i ordered a Texecom alarm R8+ in 2010. I setup the alarm last year. i got some PIR petwise frmo texecom. Well, i have false alarm during the night 1x / each month in the room where there is a sofa. I have 4 cats. I guess, they jump from the sofa. Do you know a trick to decrease the sensitivity ? or there is another solution / PIR to avoid those alarms to buy ?

I am using the 660 in conjunction with a scantronic 500r. The panel is 12v removed for alarm and the 660 is the opposite. The instalation guide refers to a dip switch to change the polarity. I cannot identify this on the board. Any ideas .

Good afternoon, I consider buying a Visonic Powermaster33 system. My premises are in Germany, and operating a UK system in Germany may cause some headache (or not). Is it possible to connect said system to non-UK alarm response services? I have been told that UK systems are locked to UK response services which would render the whole system useless for people in other countries. I already know that there are some restrictions concerning the interoperability of devices. Please shade light on the topic. Thanks in advance!

We have Optex FX-59 QZ alarm system which now it says to replace batteries however there are no batteries inside the sensors and in the panel. What are we supposed to do in this case? The alarm went off and an orange light keeps flashing.

i intend fitting a texacom premier and the client is wanting us to use the flush type keypads . can you advise as to the back boxes we need for these as we need them for the first fix stage . at the moment that will be two into brick and one optionally into plasterboard . can we order these upfront or do they only come with the keypads when ordered ?

Minimum requirements for now 3 x PIR ( prefer wired ) 2 x Smokes ( prefer wired ) 2 x External siren/strobe ( wired ) 2 x Internal siren ( I want it to be loud inside ) Battery backup Most GSM systems seem to offer control via the mobile ? that would be handy. This has to be a Grad 3 system. I need 6 shutter contacts, 2 recessed door contacts, 1 surface door contact, 4 cieling pir, 4 smoke detectors, 3 panic buttons, speeach and text dialar, 1 bell box and cover and battries, I also want a remote kepad so I can switch of alarm in stoarage area when needed. If I am going to have items on individual zones then wich texacom alram do I need. The problem seems to come from the battery supply from motherboard no power to charge battery so flat battery will the unit need to be replaced
