We moved into our house previously without pets but with one of the above alarm panels. I need to replace three PIR with pet friendly ones. You advertise the Scantronic 430, is this compatible with the 9450 panel. Also I wanted to install a dialler but it seems that you are out of stock of all diallers. If there is one that is compatible with my control panel could you please let me know. Also I would like a clue as to how to wire up the dialler to my panel. Please feel free to answer any one of the points. The main one being compatibility.

Hi, Could you please confirm if the following batteries are suitable for the Optima Compact Gen4 and if they will fit into the enclosure ok? They are both made by Yuasa but one is cheaper, so what's the difference and which is the better one? http://www.securitywarehouse.co.uk/catalog/index.php?main_page=product_info&products_id=350 or this: http://www.securitywarehouse.co.uk/catalog/index.php?main_page=product_info&products_id=1339 Also, could you please confirm if you have both the Optima compact in stock and either of the above two batteries? Finally, if I order today, when can I expect delivery? Thank you

Hi, I had an alarm system and we started having problems with our bell box (kept going off because it was too close to the boiler flue). I decided to replace the bell box and bought a Texecom Odyssey 1E. We've fitted the bellbox but it won't seem to work with my existing system. I'm not sure but it may be that its not compatable with the panel/key pad. I could do with knowing what panel/keypad would work with this bell box, how much they cost and whether you stock such an item. Thanks

Hi can anyone help me, I have installed this alarm system myself and i can set it fully, however I cant part set it. I have gone through the programs ,program 1 does everything, program 2 i have set up to just do downstairs. I have gone through the manual and done as it says, but when i set the alarm it says that once the code is typed in and the countdown begins press 'P' and the tone will stop then press the program you wish ie. 2. But for me the countdown doesnt stop, I press 'P' and 2 and it does nothing and it still says program '1' on the LCD keypad. Please help before I use a hammer on it as it is very frustrating!!!!! I have a texecom premier which has alarmed but I cannot re set it as it looks like it may need an engineers code. Is there some way of re booting it to put it back to factory default codes. If not, rather than call out the alarm company is it possible to just replace the control panel. Do I need to replace the local lcd keypad as well. If I disconnect the control panel to replace it will the external siren go off? Regards

I have purchase from Security Warehouse an ADE Honeywell Easy Set Unit with an ADE Honeywell Accenta Metal Gen 4. The instructions for the Easy Set provide Wiring Details for connection to a G3 and an Accenta 8 Panel, but there is no wiring and program changes for a Gen 4. How is the wiring configured and what program changes are necessary. Our Reference Secware 3 sent 19.45 on the 5th of November.

i'd like to fit an alarm system into my double garage but am not sure which is the right kit to fit. I've installed a Texecom into my house which i'm very happy with so ideally would like to use their kit again if possible. I'd like to keep the house and garage system completely seperate. By my reckoning i need 1 x control pannel with keypad for in the garage 1 x remote keypad for in the house (incase of false alarm activation) 2 x suitable garage PIRs 1 x remote control (for controlling from the car as the doors are remote controlled also) 1 x red LED flashing external light to show alarm is set 1 x external strobe to show alarm has been activated 1 x internal…

Please could you tell me the replacement for the Scantronic 4600r wireless burglar alarm system? I'm not sure if my control box is faulty (although there is a significant chance that this is the case) or if one of the window/door vipers is faulty, but my system is 13 years old, and I think it may need to be changed.

My system is showing a fault "Telecommand Batt Low" which refers to the 723r Telecmmand remote setting device. I have changed the batteries in the 3 telecommand devices I have however the system continues to show the error. I have moved the system into Engineer mode and it will not now exit. Going through the command set to exit Engineer Mode ie 99 tick, the systems goes through the "checking system bus" bit ok and after agreeing to "exit eng" the unit starts the "Checking System" routine and then flags up the "Telecommand Batt Low" problem again and will exit the Engineer Mode. How do I get out of this, as I say I have put new batteries in the remotes but this does not …

Having just been burgled I have purchased a KX15DATM pir from you to replace a failing unit from a different manufacturer. The existing unit is connected via 6 cables - 2x Tamper, 2x Relay and 2x 12v. Do you know what connectors the cables need to be screwed into on the KX15 please? I may also have to change some of the dip switches? The control panel is an Accenta 8.
