Hi can anyone help me,  I have installed this alarm system myself and i can set it fully,however I cant part set it. I have gone through the programs ,program 1 does everything,program 2 i have set up to just do downstairs. I have gone through the manual and done as it says, but when i set the alarm it says that once the code is typed in and the countdown begins press 'P' and the tone will stop then press the program you wish ie. 2. But for me the countdown doesnt stop, I press 'P' and 2 and it does nothing and it still says program '1' on the LCD keypad. Please help before I use a hammer on it as it is very frustrating!!!!! Please help

You have to give the program an exit mode ie. timed , silent etc....its a common mistake
