I have fitted the above on a upc window.

1. the led is continuously flashing. Is this correct?

2. The unit is fitted to the position A at right hand side of the frame and will alarm on tapping the right hand panel but not when tapping the left hand panel. Are two units required on the window frame?

    I don't have an instal sheet to hand , but other shocks have a comfort mode , where the led flashes as a visual deterent ( selectable by links).Shocks are good on metal frames but quite poor on upvc , so you may require a second unit if you have no secondary detection eg. a pir.
