Hi, we have constructer a community hall with aluminium windows and doors. Do you have a door and window sensor which can be wired into the building security alarm or wireless which can be concealed in the frame? The Client does not like surface mounted door alarm sensors.

Hi. I have random high resistances in most zones of a Honeywell Galaxy Dimension. I would like to replace my panel with a new one, but I've been told these panels are incompatible with detectors that have solid state relays (and I have several of these). hi i have just purchased a new house, it has this alarm system fitted ADE LOGIC SIX it is live and the passives appear to be working however i am unable to find a key pad, or key fob, to set the alarm , do you supply spare key fobs ? and are they easy to pair with the alarm fitted in my house ? any information would be a great help

I have recently installed several of your Pet immune pirs, however the alarm keeps on triggering when my two cats are in the house and the alarm is set. My question is, are they only pet immune to a certain height so if the cats jump up on a chair they will trigger it?
