wen purchased a cctv kit in march and the cameras keepn going blank with snowy pictures if you unplug them and plug them back in they used to come on but not any more they are snowy all the time

I need some very cheap small door CCTV camera set at home because my kids open the door always if new people came

I have a Mitsubishi DX-TL HDD recorder, and i am looking for some replacement monitors as my current screens are getting a bit dark. The Mitsubishi has BNC connectors with 1.0Vp-p and 75 ohm output. The Secware 17" TFT monitor has a BNC connection but doesn't state the voltage or resistance, can someone confirm that the monitor would be compatible with my recorder. Thanks.

Is this true?, if so when would you likely to have more stock. Also, could this product be used in the daytime or would I need the Y-Cam White. Ideally I would want something to view the baby and if possible a video reciever instead of connecting to a PC to look at the baby everytime. Thank you

Hi, we purchased an ESP digiview 4 system a while ago and now want to transfer data to back it up. Whenever we connect it to the pc and open the UBS viewer, we get the following error message. "No dvr hdd is detected" However, the usb viewer can still see the disk drive as it tells us what size it is.

I have a Philips Observation CCTV system with Bosch cameras. the philips monitor powers the cameras which are wired with UTP cable and an RJ11 connector. I wanted to get rid of the Philips monitor and connect the cameras direct to my DVR which has BNC. could you tell me whether any of the cctv baluns you sell would provide power and video/audio signals from RJ11 to BNC

You are currently selling Bosch eazyo cameras are they the same as the Phillips Reo cameras (they look identical). My original system is phillips reo with the vcr replaced by a bosch eazyo dvr. Both systems were made in portugal and look identical, so i am assuming that they are the same.

Hi, I have experience with ZM so I'll use that as my recording/detecting, question I'd like to know which is the best mid range day/night vision IP camera which I'm hoping will be wireless have do you sell most of ? I'd like to be able to control up/down/left/right so I'm guessing it will be a PTZ (haven't much camera experince as I've only used an AXIS 206 IP wired camera) Or what would be your ideal way of setting this up i.e I have computer with ZM installed now need a hopefully discrete camera. I know I've been pretty vague but hopefully will get there. Thanks for any pointers.

Lastly i purchased some cameras from you a couple of months ago. 2 of the cameras out of the 6 look bad at night time a foogy image. I cant see anything which is reflecting back on the LED's. Its the 2 cameras at the back of a house looking at a garden which it 30m2. I can send you a picture if helps.

Hi, I'm looking at purchasing cameras in order to carry out traffic surveys. They will need to have a minimum 7 day battery life and be mountable to lamp columns.?

We install CCTV systems. A customer has asked for a CCTV surveillance system installed, covering their two property entrances. The main vehicle entrance is about 80m from the house, with an automated rolling metal gate. We propose a high quality IR dome camera here. Power is available via mains power available in the gate operation box. The second entrance is an automated door 25m from the house. Do you supply transmitters/receivers for both needs (weather proof housings required), the receivers to be ideally placed near the DVD. Signal will go through one if not two walls line of sight to both transmittion areas. Advice and prices sought.

This is not a complaint just a question, we bought 2 different types of camera's from you, which we thought would pick up number plates on cars, unfortunately neither camera does this, is this because the camera's are not powerful enough, or do you need to move them very close to the object that you are trying to identify at the moment they positioned just below the gutters all around the house, with the drive being only a matter of about 12 feet away from this particular camera. The other thing is, the 2 bullet camera's do not give as clear a picture as the cheaper dome camera's overall the camera's are good but just don't pick up the details as …
