Hi, we purchased an ESP digiview 4 system a while ago and now want to transfer data to back it up.

 

Whenever we connect it to the pc and open the UBS viewer, we get the following error message.

 

"No dvr hdd is detected"

 

However, the usb viewer can still see the disk drive as it tells us what size it is.
