[Ticket Question] Trouble placing order ~ 'Vendor rejected transaction'

I am having trouble raising a new order through your website - it shows the the vendor has rejected the transaction.

 

Can you help please?

This is often because the order is over a certain value and we then require it to be 3D secure, and if your card is not part of teh 3D secure scheme it will be rejected
