securitywarehouse
How do you loop wire two Honeywell Intellisense IS215TCE PIRs into one zone when using a ADE Honeywell Accenta Metal Gen4 control panel?
FastCar
Its poor practice to put 2 pirs on one zone , but if you must , put the alarm contacts in series.Wire both detectors back to the panel , then take a wire from each pir relay , join together , this will leave you with 2 wires , connect these into the zone terms. SafeNet
If you have to ask this question... don't open the control panel... pick up the phone and call someone to do it for you... who knows what they're doing.. but if you must DIY turn off the mains first..before opening...only power up when you've replaced the front... come on people HSE is watching !!! Secware_Tech6
Both valid points. I wouldnt advise putting more than 1 detector on a zone.
