securitywarehouse Posted June 16, 2010 Share Posted June 16, 2010 In november i bought a texecom bell box off you and its just stopped working. the rest of the alarm is functioning fine. when enter the eng code, the 05,54321 to test the sounders everything except the bell box works. it was working fine, so could i return it please unless you can suggest something to try? all the wires inside are firmly connected. Secware_Tech6 Posted June 30, 2010 Share Posted June 30, 2010 If it is faulty then you can return it. But id verify it is indeed faulty before sedning it back. As above id check that the tamper switches are closed, that the sabt is correctly wired into the panel, and that you have a voltage on the bell trigger (0v) when the bell shoudl be activating Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
