I have problem where the dialer will dial out when made to do so through test setup/Engineer mode no problem but doesn't dial when the alarm is activated.

 

Is this Informa faulty?

We will be happy to sort this matter out for you and if Technical deem the item to be faulty, append a message to your original ticket, check the reopen on reply box and send it back to us.  We will then pass the ticket to our Returns Team, who will organise a replacement for you.

Best thing to do is can you upload of a pic of both end wiring. ie the panel and the com. THis is usually a wiring issue as the trigger isnt getting to the dialler
