Please give our Technical Staff time to look at your ticket and answer your query.

 

The link you have provided was not concluded as the member didn't respond to our Technical Staff.

 

We will be happy to sort this matter out for you and if Technical deem the item to be faulty, append a message to your original ticket, check the reopen on reply box and send it back to us.  We will then pass the ticket to our Returns Team, who will organise a replacement for you.
