Hi wireless medical alert button for a scantronic system that can be easily activated by the user-is one available?

Hi The receiver panel is a RFX08 and a 9751 control unit. The client has a 722 fob that will activate the panic alarm. However they have requested something like a one button alarm that can be attached to a wrist band/necklace for an elderly persons use around the home. Thanks PeterG
