[Ticket Question] - Can't stop bell sounding on Active 5 Help!

I have just orderd a ADE Optima gen4 8 zone from you.

It will replace a c&k Active 5. I have the Engineers code for engineering mode. The problem is I can not stop the bell box from sounding when I disconect the bell wiring or when I try to open the bell box.

The bell box was fitted and suppled by Abacus and is about 3 years old.
