Hello,

I'm hoping you can assist with a product enquiry.

I'm looking for a device to detect the start of a lithium battery fire. I'm keen for advice on if heat and/or smoke is best for this use case.

The power available is 24v DC and I'm hoping the sensor will have either a repay or some sort of output I can connect into a monitoring PLC.

many thanks,

the issue here is the actual type of fire.

An optical smoke detector can detect smoke and then a relay base will provide your relay for interconnection.

However most are 12v you may need to use a power converter to drop to 12v dc from 24
