Can not connect to SPC connect with SPC 4320, ethernet works

I've SPC 4320 with latest firmware 3.6.6. It is a completely new central and has never been connected SPC connect. From error messages it seems that spcconnect.com have problems, but Im not sure.

Nice if someone can see if you enter the SPC connect today. If so, then the problem must be on My side. fine if you someone can look at the small details of the config and help with finding what I've done wrong.

I have used the video below to double check my setup to connect SPC

I can not run the registration of panel spcconnect, after I enter registeration ID and username password I get the message that "Cannot add a panel to your account while the panel is OFFLINE."

SPC keypad also show msg that spc Connect offline.

I can open alarm with SPC pro with local ip and using local Ip from web browser https: // lokalip

I can also access the alarm from SPC pro over the Internet from another PC. Has opened for both port 50000 and 52000 from the internet.

Flex C is configured correctly, examine FlexC ATS I have an SPC connect.

When I double-click it then I get up ATS configuartion dialogue. If I click on Refresh ATP status is changed to fault.

If I log onto Engineer mode from https: // lokalip so I can see the following FlexC log:

I needed to reset Encryption Key from spcconnect with an installor account.

Reset encryption for unregistered panel or panels with no users.

Everything worked as soon as i corrected that issue, so all my configuration in the panel was ok.

Anyone know If Their oan option to deactivate the internal wired siren? I haven't wired the siren yet to the panel, but want to know that is possible so I can test things without siren making noise when alarm is triggered.
