Just bought a Powermax+ with some sensors and a GSM module.

I wonder if I can connect both the control panel and the GSM module to the same powersupply, thus reducing the number of wires needed.

One possible solution would be to connect the power to the control panel, and then another wire from the control panel (2 wires at the same connectionpoint) to the GSM module. Another way would be to use some sort of "Y" connection to route power to both consumers.

Hi,

You should be able to run the two together, using the ethernet cable proved with the unit, hope this answers your query ok, if you do need any further help please raise a ticket and I will pass it straight on to our Technical department to help you more.

I think there is a connection where you can put them together in order for you to plug them as one. Because I think it is dangerous if you will plug that two appliances to the one power supply.
