KATHWILCOX Posted August 2, 2009 Posted August 2, 2009 hi brought honeywell informa a while ago along with accenta g4 package. the problem is i can get the infroma to ring out in engineers mode but when the alarm is activated (set off) to see if it rings out it doesn't. the only time it works is when there is no power to the alarm mains or battery. i have connected the dialer to it dedicated connection and also to the +/- and the bell - but either way it still doesn't work. any ideas.
