johnsmart Posted June 5, 2009 Share Posted June 5, 2009 Hi, we bought a menvier SD1+ speech dialler from your website last week. Upon testing it, our engineer found problems dialling out. Upon talking to menvier tech support he was told that it was from a batch that had been recalled and that we should send it back via our supplier. Our secretary e-mailed tecnical@securitywarehouse.co.uk this a.m., but no reply as yet. johnsmart Posted June 7, 2009 Author Share Posted June 7, 2009 Thanks James, When you organise a replacement, can you ensure that the new one is not one of the bad batch as the site is 120 miles away and the client is not impressed (I pushed for a menvier instead of a cheapy as they are "better quality"!).
