Secware Posted January 20, 2014 Share Posted January 20, 2014 I want a texecom control panel that can report zones triggered(names&location), users(name&number-if possible) who armed and/or disarmed the system, power failure, battery fault and siren fault. I'll be very grateful if you have or can have such a system. My clients want to get such informations(esp. Users& zones) specifically. admin Posted January 21, 2014 Share Posted January 21, 2014 Do you want to report this information off site? if so you will need a digi card that supports the sia 3 protocol. or use a siemens panel that can do this via broadband with smartphone apps etc. for active reporting you will need a monitoring account. the hkc van do this via its built in speech and sms unit (Bt) Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
