Secware Posted March 11, 2013 Share Posted March 11, 2013 I recently received and installed a new videx 3011 handset, which i had ordered from yourselves. Everything on the handset seems to be working fine apart from the buzzer. Whenever someone hits the buzzer button downstairs, my handset just seems to make a faint clicking noise instead of buzzing. Secware Posted March 13, 2013 Author Share Posted March 13, 2013 It was to replace an old handset, where i suspect the microphone had stopped working in the handset.
