Problem with Optima 4 PIR Kit

I order and received your  Secware Optima 4 x PIR Kit and a Honeywell ADE Informa Speech Dialler.

 

The kit content description on your site is:

 

1 x Honeywell Optima Gen4 Mini Control Panel (8EP396A)

4 x Crow Swan 18m Value PIR's

1 x Ventcroft Evolution SAB and Cover (Blue Strobe)

1 x 100m 6 core Intruder Alarm Cable

1 x Secware Value 2.1 A/h Battery

1 x Surface Door Contact

 

I actually received an Optima Gen 4 Compact Control Panel won

The optima compact is correct and does match the description.

 

Im not sure i understand the question as it will work with a dialler, and the optima even has dedicated outputs even though most people just connect it to the bell output.

 

You do not need an interface.

The Optima Compact don't have the dedicated outputs and if I wire to the bells output I will only get one alarm type where the dialler supports three.

Oh i see.

Yes your quite right the optima compact does not have the additional outputs. This is on the larger panels only.

5 digital outputs for a wire-in digital communicator or dialler

(Not applicable for Optima compact panel).
