The optima compact is correct and does match the description.

 

Im not sure i understand the question as it will work with a dialler, and the optima even has dedicated outputs even though most people just connect it to the bell output.

 

You do not need an interface.

The Optima Compact don't have the dedicated outputs and if I wire to the bells output I will only get one alarm type where the dialler supports three.

Oh i see.

Yes your quite right the optima compact does not have the additional outputs. This is on the larger panels only.

5 digital outputs for a wire-in digital communicator or dialler

(Not applicable for Optima compact panel).
