normally open door/surface contact

I have not seen any on securitywarehouse product page but do anyone know of any other site where I can get normally open surface contact. are these passive or active(need power to work?)

If SW don't do them, you can look at somewhere like RS. 524-5589 for example. Or search the web for "normally open magnetic contact" and you'll find a few. They're not active components.
