PIR's not flashing

I have replaced an old Optima panel, (18 years old) with a new Optima Compact. All works fine except the LED in the PIR does not flash like they used to when I walk into a room and the alarm is not set. You can still hear the relay click in the PIR. Only the panel wiring has been touched.

Any suggestions what to check as I have already checked the wiring, or does the new Optima panel work slightly different than the old one.
