[Ticket Question] Is this Powermax + faulty?

Hi I bought a Visonic PowerMax + in April

Now the voice module is not working properly

It seems to have lost a part of the century, so you can not hear what it says

Have tried resetting the device it does not work either

Now I do not know what to do

 

hi my English is not the best so I will try as best explanation I can

when you activate the alarm says larming away please exit now

but you only hear the beginning of a word and nothing more

so all the alarm would say is not there
